T25 is kicking my BUTT!!

Hey All! I just wanted to let you know that T25 kicked my BUTT yesterday and this morning!! I had too many excuses this week and slacked on my Monday and Tuesday workouts. I had to make up for that yesterday so I did Total Body Circuit and Ultimate Abs!! Let me tell you, it KICKED MY BOOTAY!! Total Body Circuit is by far the hardest workout in the Alpha round and I have to do it THREE times this week!!

I did Total Body Circuit again this morning (Wednesday's workout done on Thursday) and if I have enough time before the trick or treaters come I'll be doing Cardio (Thursday's workout) and be all caught up for my double duty again on Friday... if not, well I guess I'll be working out all weekend!!

On another note, I have the BEST FIANCE EVER!! Really and truly, this man of mine is so amazing... we were in bed the other night just laughing and laughing like two kids at a slumber party!! When you meet that special someone, your best friend, your soulmate, SNATCH them UP!!

Week 5 of T25

Ok, so I have always been a healthy eater and always tried to workout regularly, but for some reason that never got me the fit, toned, body I wanted... as you can see! LOL... I have never been "fat" per se, but I have never been that girl that people envy when they see me in a bathing suit. I AM going to change that!

5 weeks ago I started the T25 workout program... the pictures above are from when I started. At the end of the week I will post pictures of me 35 days into the program along with my measurements from the beginning. This program is actually 3 parts.

1. T25 Alpha- This is the first phase of T25 and is 5 weeks long. You do one 25 min workout on M, T, W, Th and you can choose to do two workouts on Friday or split them up (one Friday, one Saturday).

2. T25 Beta- This is the next step in T25 and I have heard this is a much harder version of Alpha, the workouts are the same length and the same days as Alpha. I will let you know how hard this one is next week.

3. T25 Gamma-Final step in the T25 program but doesn't come with the original set, you have to purchase this from Beachbody separatley. Apparently these are just 25 min workouts M-F with rest on Sat and Sun.

Now here is the hard part for me! I am going to follow the meal plan when I start Beta next week! EEK!! I've never been good with following these plans and I'm sure I'll fall off the wagon once (Thanksgiving) or twice (I mean, c'mon, let's be realistic, I like to eat!).
