Week 5 of T25

Ok, so I have always been a healthy eater and always tried to workout regularly, but for some reason that never got me the fit, toned, body I wanted... as you can see! LOL... I have never been "fat" per se, but I have never been that girl that people envy when they see me in a bathing suit. I AM going to change that!

5 weeks ago I started the T25 workout program... the pictures above are from when I started. At the end of the week I will post pictures of me 35 days into the program along with my measurements from the beginning. This program is actually 3 parts.

1. T25 Alpha- This is the first phase of T25 and is 5 weeks long. You do one 25 min workout on M, T, W, Th and you can choose to do two workouts on Friday or split them up (one Friday, one Saturday).

2. T25 Beta- This is the next step in T25 and I have heard this is a much harder version of Alpha, the workouts are the same length and the same days as Alpha. I will let you know how hard this one is next week.

3. T25 Gamma-Final step in the T25 program but doesn't come with the original set, you have to purchase this from Beachbody separatley. Apparently these are just 25 min workouts M-F with rest on Sat and Sun.

Now here is the hard part for me! I am going to follow the meal plan when I start Beta next week! EEK!! I've never been good with following these plans and I'm sure I'll fall off the wagon once (Thanksgiving) or twice (I mean, c'mon, let's be realistic, I like to eat!).
